The team Vice President placed higher than the team President in limit fences at the October 16th Otterbein show. Leah Heasley of Ohio University (on left, a junior from Chagrin Falls, Ohio) won section A of the division while Olivia Rigney (on right, a junior from Cincinnati, Ohio) was fourth in the same section. But regardless of VP Heasley getting the best of President Rigney both had lots to be happy about. Rigney entered the day having already qualified for Regionals in limit flat while Heasley would win her limit flat and earn reserve high point rider honors. More importantly the Bobcats won 11 of the 15 classes held that day to earn high point team honors with 40 points and take a seven point lead on Otterbein headed into the second day of back-to-backs in Westerville that weekend.
