IHSA Zone 5, Region 2 Team Standings

A pair of Berry College freshmen played a big part in the Vikings' second-place finish in the team competition at Zone 5 Zones on March 28th. Madilyn Wynn (not pictured) won the team intermediate flat while Ansley Scheiblauer (pictured) won the next-to-last team class, team novice equitation. From Marietta, Georgia, Scheiblauer is seen here with her blue ribbon after her seven points moved Berry over both the College of Charleston and Sewanee into second place after having trailed both of those teams by one point. The Vikings will field a full hunter seat team at IHSA Nationals for the second season in a row.
