As McGuire goes, so do the Beavers! Oregon State sophomore
Hayley McGuire (center, between Beavers coach Dawn Salazar and IHSA Founder and
Executive Director Bob Cacchione) was third in team intermediate western, which was
the first of six western team classes at 2008 IHSA Nationals (each of which was
sponsored by the AQHA). By the time all six western team classes had come and gone
Oregon State had placed third overall (out of nine teams) with 17 points.
